Bible Reading in 3 Months

Introduction

In this Challenge, the participant has to read around 15 chapters in the Bible.

 

In the Old Testament – Part One 4 or 5 chapters, Old Testament – Part Two 5 or 6 chapters, 2 chapters in Psalms / Proverbs, 2 chapter in the Gospels / Pauline Epistles and 1 chapter in other New Testament portions. It is estimated this will take around 1 hour daily.

SALIENT FEATURES

  • Bible Reading Portion for the day will be sent in the group on the previous day night itself.
  • Along with the Bible Reading Portion, useful information, tips, quotes and video clips on Bible reading will be posted in the group daily.
  • Videos on Overview of each Bible Books will be shared when a new book starts in the schedule. 
  • A Prayer Concern for the Day will be sent daily to use it in the prayer time along with Bible reading.
  • All Sundays will be as Catch up days without any scheduled portion, so that those who occasionally happen to fall behind due to unforeseen circumstances, will be able to catch up and join others in the reading journey. 
  • Biweekly Review will be conducted in the group on alternate Sundays to track the progress in the reading plan. 
  • Monthly Review will be conducted on the last day of the month.
  • Final Review will be conducted on the last day of the Final month of the Challenge.
  • Those who successfully complete the Bible Reading Challenge will be given an Appreciation Certificate.
  • Only Admins are allowed to post here daily for not to be a disturbance to the members as much as possible. However, in order to have an exchange of information and experiences, all members of the group will be allowed to post on Sundays.
