Bible Reading in 2 Months

Introduction

In this Challenge, the participant has to read around 22 to 23 chapters in the Bible daily.

 

In the Old Testament – Part One 6 or 7 chapters, Old Testament – Part Two 8 chapters, 3 chapters in Psalms / Proverbs, 3 chapters in the Gospels / Pauline Epistles and 1 or 2 chapters in other New Testament portions. It is estimated this will take around 1 hours and 30 minutes daily.

SALIENT FEATURES

  • Bible Reading Portion for the day will be sent in the group on the previous day night itself.
  • Along with the Bible Reading Portion, useful information, tips, quotes and video clips on Bible reading will be posted in the group daily.
  • A Prayer Concern for the Day will be sent daily to use it in the prayer time along with Bible reading. 
  • All Sundays will be as Catch up days without any scheduled portion, so that those who occasionally happen to fall behind due to unforeseen circumstances, will be able to catch up and join others in the reading journey. 
  • Monthly Review will be conducted on the last day of the month.
  • Final Review will be conducted on the last day of the Final month of the Challenge.
  • Those who successfully complete the Bible Reading Challenge will be given a Prize and an Appreciation Certificate.
  • Only Admins are allowed to post here daily for not to be a disturbance to the members as much as possible. However, in order to have an exchange of information and experiences, all members of the group will be allowed to post on Sundays.
